To access the pdf files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or later. This can be obtained from the Adobe Website.
The Publication in Excel The data in this publication are also available in Excel format, to allow the data to be easily reused. Note that the Excel versions of the tables do not include all relevant text and commentary, and also do not include graphs. The Excel tables are not designed to be printed - if you want to print out the tables, it is recommended that you print them from the PDF files.
